Subscribing to nextunlimited - To subscribe to nextunlimited, you must have a valid e-mail address registered to your account.

Purchasing nextunlimited - The service costs £22.50 for 12 months’ subscription. The charge for the nextunlimited service will not be included in any other offer or incentive.

Activating nextunlimited - The service will be immediately activated upon sign up.

Atelier-lumieres credit account holders - If you are a credit account holder, the nextunlimited subscription charge will be added to your credit account and will show on your statement as a one off charge for the year. Interest will be charged on the subscription if you do not pay off your balance in full before the next statement from the statement date following the date on which the subscription is added to your account. At the time of your purchase, the charge will be added to your total at checkout.

Using nextunlimited - nextunlimited orders can be placed over the telephone, or online once you have logged into your account at next.co.uk. Subject to the exceptions listed below, the nextunlimited service includes orders for home delivery, 2 person delivery items and deliveries to Evri Parcel Shops.

nextunlimited can also be used to cover delivery charges for purchases made via some of our partner sites, which currently includes Laura Ashley. Partnering brands eligible to use nextunlimited are subject to change, at our discretion.

Returns with nextunlimited -

Add to Favourites: Should you wish to return items using a courier collection, this will be charged at £2.50. Returns to stores remain free. Please see the returns section of our terms and conditions for further information. Please note if you were on a nextunlimited free trial this change will have taken effect from 26/02/2023.

For customers with existing subscriptions purchased on or before 23/03/2023: Standard returns made via courier collection with a nextunlimited subscription continue to be free of charge until the end of your current subscription. After this point, if you choose to renew your subscription, any returned items using a courier collection will be charged at £2.50. Returns to stores remain free.

Atelier-lumieres reserve the right to amend return fees, including the right to charge customers with nextunlimited subscriptions, by giving reasonable notice of any change.

The return of non faulty large furniture items are subject to a one off charge of £30 in the first 14 days of having received your item/s (starting the day after delivery) up to £60 after day 15 as the item/s will require a full independent 2 part inspection (in your home pre-collection and at our warehouse) to re-evaluate the stock for resale before you receive your refund. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Please return goods to us in their original packaging and ensure that all parts and fittings are included.

If you return goods to us without arranging collection by us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them. We recommend a recorded or secure delivery method is used when returning goods to us. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you the value for loss or damage, or deduct this amount from your refund.

Not included with nextunlimited:

Orders for the following: fresh flowers, Art2 Order, Gift Cards, gift experiences, items from Atelier-lumieresShops Garden, some personalised items and items made to order, fitted bedrooms by Hammonds and large domestic appliances.

The nextunlimited 30 day free trial - Available to nextpay customers only. Customers must not have had a full nextunlimited subscription in the past 6 months or 3 previous 1 month free trials at any time. The trial includes 30 days of free standard home delivery. By signing up to the trial you are agreeing to sign up to 12 months of nextunlimited at the end of your trial period, and that payment of £22.50 will be automatically charged to your nextpay account at the end of the trial. You have the right to cancel this trial at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, the start date of your subscription is the day after your free trial ends. Exceptions, cancellation rights, terms and conditions apply.

Standard next day delivery - The standard next day delivery service applies to most orders placed before 11pm. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand.

Conditions of use - The service is for personal use only and is not available for customers who purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure you use the nextunlimited service in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach by you will result in the termination of your subscription and no refund will be given. Atelier-lumieresShops reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time. If Atelier-lumieresShops discontinues the offer, you will be refunded pro rata for the remaining months of your subscription.

Cancellation rights for nextunlimited - nextunlimited can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel this subscription within its first 14 days and the service has not been used you will be refunded in full. If you wish to do so, please login to your account at next.co.uk and click on the nextunlimited section of ‘My Account.’

After the first 14 days, no refund will be given and access to nextunlimited will immediately stop. This includes if credit is withdrawn or you close your credit account. To cancel after 14 days please phone the customer service team on 0333 777 8000. for 2 Knickers.

Renewing nextunlimited - If you have a credit account you will be contacted before your 12 month subscription is automatically renewed. Please note, in order for your subscription to be renewed your account must have sufficient credit to cover the renewal cost. For customers without a credit account, we will contact you before your subscription is due to expire. The subscription is non-transferable between accounts.

Please note if you subsequently open a credit account whilst you have an active next unlimited subscription, your subscription will be amended to automatically renew on your expiry date. The charge of £22.50 for another annual subscription will be added to your account as a one off charge for the year and will show on your next statement following renewal. This preference can be changed to not automatically renew at any time and managed through your My Account setting.
