The heal strap doesn’t stay up and it slides underneath your heal which makes it difficult to walk

I bought on line both size 3 and 3.5 after trying a size 4 on in store. All 3 had the same issue, the back strap did not hold the foot in place, therefore, when walking the foot slides out of the back of the sandal. Very disappointing manufacture of the product. I am usually a size 4 in shoe, boot and sandal from Atelier-lumieresShops.
