Slippers were a gift and the recipient was really pleased with the look and the fit. Unfortunately within a day the pompom dropped off one of the slippers. They were returned and a new pair bought. Unfortunately exactly the same thing happened with the new pair, the pom-poms fell off. As the fault was not a one-off, I can only assume that this is likely to be the same if I got a replacement. I wouldn’t recommend them.
