File a Shipping Claim

If you are unable to locate your package after it has been marked as delivered, has arrived damaged, or if your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, please submit a claim here Puma nrgy komeetta.

2. Enter order information and select the type of claim.

3. For orders with items eligible for a claim select which items/shipments to add to the claim.

4. For damaged item claims, you will be required to upload a photo.

5. For all claims, you will be asked to confirm details about the item/shipment and have the option to leave comments.

6. You will review and submit a claim

Once your claim is submitted you will receive an email confirmation.
