Consignment Information
Quickly and easily submit your items for sale in-store and online. For drop off's please come in-store to our location.

2. Submit Products
List your shoes for sale using the easy to use consignment manager!
3. Ship or Drop Off
After submitting your shoes, drop them off at our store or mail them in. Once checked-in they are listed on the Atelier-lumieres Shops website and in-store.
Shipping Address: We have a designated PO Box setup in Covington, KY for our consignment. Please sign up and then email [email protected] Isle of Man.
Important: Please include the printed batch ID for the item so our staff can easily identify items included in the shipment. Atelier-lumieres Shops is not liable for any missing shipments that do not included signature confirmation. We also recommend including insurance on all shipments.
CONSIGNMENT TERMS OF SERVICE: The rate for consignment is 15% or $25.00 What is a trade.
Payouts are sent once a week on Monday, via digital check (Checkbook.IO). Consignment item(s) must be brought in-store or shipped to us directly. Sellers are responsible for all shipping cost and their items until they are delivered to our store. If your item(s) are denied, you are also responsible for the return shipping. Item(s) must be brand new or better than 8/10 condition to be eligible for consignment. All items will be authenticated before we accept them. We have the right to deny any item at any time. If you need to come claim your item(s) you may, we ask that you just withdraw it from your consignment portal prior to picking it up.
By using our Sites and Services, or by clicking to accept these Terms, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Sites or any portion of the Services. For all purposes, the English version of the Terms shall be the original, binding instrument and understanding of the parties. In the event of any conflict between the English version of the Terms and any translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail and control.

What condition items are accepted for consignment?
Item(s) must be brand new or 8/10 condition or better to be eligible for consignment. If at any point you need to come claim your item(s) you may.
Papua New Guinea?
If at any point you need to come claim your item(s) you may, we ask that you just withdraw it from your consignment portal prior to picking it up. This is to ensure it gets taken off our planform right away.
Do I have to bring my item(s) in-store to consign them?
Consignment item(s) must be brought in-store or shipped to us directly. Sellers are responsible for their items until they are delivered to our store and the shipping cost to get their item to us.
Papua New Guinea?
A buyout is when the seller and Atelier-lumieres Shops work out a price to immediately take your item(s) off your hands.Item(s) must be deadstock (new) or 8/10 condition or better to be eligible for a buyout.
Congo - Kinshasa?
A trade is when we offer store credit for the item(s) you bring in. This store credit can be used on anything in the store. If credit is not used immediately, store credit will be stored in our system to use at a later time.
