Excellent, well made, bright light with great aesthetics. Not the easiest of DIY fits. The main bracket is the now common shortened 'u' bracket which is screwed into the ceiling. So far, so good. Then the plug for wiring-in is a good idea so you connect the ring main live, neutral and earth into a male plug which then fits into the female plug on the lamp. The first problems arise when you are standing on a stool, holding the lamp in one hand trying to fit the male wiring plug into the loose female plug. Then you offer the lamp up to the ceiling bracket. The lamp unit overlaps the bracket by about 3cms so you have to (whilst still balancing on a stool or similar) get the lamp to overlap the bracket and then get the 2mm screws into their respective holes and start to screw them in. I don't have 'sausage fingers' but the gap between the ceiling and the lamp is so small I couldn't use my fingers to get the screws started through the holes in the lamp and into their holes in the bracket. Either have a screwdriver with a cover to hold the screws, use blue tack to hold the screws onto the end of the screwdriver or pay a professional to fit it. That said, having managed this one, I would buy another as they are good lights.
