perfect good fit good quality

I've ordered my shirt on 29th of August and receive it on 20th of September. Not only that the shirt should have been a gift for a friend, but the shirt that I've received was damaged, it had a hole in the sleeve and the quality of the shirt was just awful.
Dirty, the threads were hanging, the stitching was poorly done.
Very disappointed with the purchase, you'd think that for this money you will get a better quality than something that you could perfectly buy from Primark at half of the price.
