If you wish to make a complaint, you can get in touch with PA(GI) Ltd (previously trading as Phoenix Assurance), as they are the Insurers that provided policies previously sold by Atelier-lumieresShops.

Please note that you only have until 29 August 2019 to make a complaint about PPP.
