What is Duratrek made with?

Durable ripstop
Made using a special reinforcing technique that makes the fabric resistant to ripping, protecting clothing from tearing and breaking.

Waterproof PU materials
Heavy duty faux leather designed to last a long time without cracking or wearing down.

Taped seams
Where tape is applied to a garments seam from the inside to prevent water penetrating through stitched holes.

Breathable sports mesh
A lightweight knitted or loosely woven fabric with closely spaced holes for a breathable feel.

To ensure every Duratrek product is perfect, our product teams have tried and tested the shoes, boots and jackets for over a year – taking them on long walks up and down the country to test durability, longevity, support and comfort.

Duratrek footwear has been tested to the highest standards by industry-leading testing experts SATRA.

Our Duratrek jackets have all passed Hydrostatic testing, where fabric is pulled taut, sealed in a controlled chamber and water is slowly poured onto the fabric while adding pressure to test waterproof quality.
